Pros

it is so good, two or more people where questions are asked by the interviewer to elicit facts or statements from the interviewee.. it is not that difficult and is so useful. I really like it and appreciate it.

Cons

Finally, another aspect of interviews that can affect how a participant feels is how the interviewer expresses his or her own feelings, for interviewers can project their moods and emotions onto those they are interviewing. For instance, if an interviewer feels noticeably uncomfortable, the participant may begin to share this discomfort,[9] and if an interviewer expresses anger, he or she is in danger of passing it on to the participant. So, researchers should try to remain calm, polite, and interested at all times.

Pros

Great University, lots of opportunities to collaborate and network

Cons

The level of oversight with how postdocs are treated and mentored is not sufficient

Pros

- Tuition fee remission - Hours per week does not usually end up being the twenty hours that it is supposed to be -Access to departmental copy machine

Cons

-workload really depends on the professor of that course (can be a lot, can be less). Some professors really take on a lot of the work load while others give the TAs free reign when it comes to grading. -grading papers and exams can take up a lot of your time
