Pros

Great health care benefits, a lot of room for growth and upward mobility. Beautiful campus and great weather.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working for UCLA include working for a big bureaucracy. Movement is slower and takes more time.

Pros

I worked in the Computer Services Response(CSR) Division of the UCLA Anderson Staff. The Office is adjacent to Student Technology Services(STS). This was my first job as a UCLA Student. - Very relaxed management that explains your role and expectations - Free food at least once a week(depending on your shift) from MBA student events - Good starting pay for a part-time student job(~11/hour). - Hours are quite flexible. - Free time to study/surf the net if there's no work to be done.

Cons

-Work is very basic, not necessarily a place to grow your technical skills. -Work can be slow sometimes, as it's dependent upon the school year.
