Pros

Working at Ackerman is a great way to earn extra money on campus. With a flexible schedule it is easy to work before, after, or in between classes.

Cons

There is not much room for advancement salary wise. The current economy allows for no raises, and even if promoted only a small per hour increase.

Pros

They took care of you and knew as a student that it was important to balance not only work but school as well.

Cons

They wanted you to work at some inconvenient times for you as a student, like during finals and beginning which are peak times at the business but also you as a student.

Pros

The head boss was very nice, they work your schedule around your classes. They understand if you cannot make it to a shift.

Cons

My direct supervisor was not very nice. I did not like working in a refrigerator for long hours on end.
