      - Management is willing to teach and foster growth - You are at the forefront of experiencing new technologies, clinical trials, and new surgical techniques. - Tech's are passionate about delivering excellent patient care - Great teamwork from techs, Radiologists, RN's, Respiratory, and the rest of the medical team. - Overall, a great place to work.

      Cons

      -Currently out of contract for 2 years ( need to be compensated fairly for the crucial services we provide and the rising cost of living in the area.) -More incentive to cross-train into other modalities and grow as a technologist
