      Some impressive individuals work at UCSF

      Cons

      Poor support for clinicians who are undervalued in this research oriented environment which leads to them being overworked and overlooked while researchers are promoted and highlighted. There is a high turnover of physicians interested in giving quality care to their patients as they burn out. Administration is not supportive. Salaries are low or physicians, especially for the Bay Area where cost of living is very high. Salaries are very high for administrators.

      Great Mission, Great Hospital, which definitely kept me there longer than I would have stayed there otherwise.
