Pros

Top rated hospital, with plenty of opportunity for moving up. A place to grow as a CLS if you put forth the effort

Cons

Training was rushed and unorganized. Was not prepared to work alone after training. Seems to be a lot of employee turnover.

Pros

Friendly staff, great learning environment, very friendly medical team. They really take the time to invest in your training hours. Relatively stress-free. Very great set of medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses who are very knowledgable and work really well together. Super great benefits, and one of the few companies that still have pension plans. Good vacation and sick leave policy.

Cons

Very poor management, short staff. Supervisor was never there. Manager is spread thin. Climbing the ladder is more of knowing the right people instead of work ethics and management skills.

Pros

There are some exciting projects and some exciting tech to work with. Position yourself correctly and you can work very autonomously. Good intra-city shuttle system. Some jobs are very stable. Great pension system.

Cons

Terrible mid-level management. These guys know nothing of their departments. Execs care more about how they dress. Very stale work culture and fun is not in their vocabulary. Lots of workplace inequities and positions are determined by how well-liked employees are, not their performance. No vision (if there is a vision, it's not shared or is secretive). Often told to "keep your head down and work." Lots of back-stabbing. Worst IT project management staff.
