      Always a lack of funds funneled to SW dept So so expensive for families to get care and big wigs don’t do anything about it (ie: charging families $30/day for parking)

      Pros

      I do not think that many of the people who were there during the time I was there (prior to 2016) remain. Those that do have been relegated to their appropriate niche.

      Cons

      At the time I worked there this department was a strange clique. The chief officer, the person making HR-like decisions, and one or two young sycophants seemingly conspiring to keep themselves employed in roles beyond their abilities. The low-level politics might have been tolerable for some, but their paranoia was tedious to navigate for an endless rotation of temporary analysts. The office space was very run down. It was a comically odd environment that has fortunately changed (I think).
