Pros

It’s one of the top paying places in the area

Cons

Management is horrible. They disregard all California labor laws and our union contract. They changed our shift from 10 hour to 8 hour with 6 days notice. Our equipment is constantly breaking on us and it takes days to fix because they let our contracts expire and now do everything in house. You’ll never get a consistent shift, some days you’ll start at 11:30am and the next day you have to be there at 7am. They are constantly changing the schedule with days notice. Management is never to be found and really hard to get ahold of. They are only worried about numbers and getting more patients in the door and not about patient safety or about the safety of their employees. It’s an easy place to get burnout from.
