Pros
Working with Gareth and Tanya has been an awesome experience! Gareth is a great person inside and out. He's not just another recruiter looking to fill another cubicle. He wants to find the right person to who is going to grow and mature his company. Gareth and Udig are a perfect fit because he portrays the company he works for as if it's his company. He cares about his contractor's and their well being. After working for another company for 5 years and surviving 12 layoffs in those 5 years. Finding Gareth, Udig, and my client was a breath of fresh air. While i have never met Tanya in person we have corresponded via email many times. She is very efficient at what she does and always on time with all of her correspondence and email replies.
Cons
I can't think of any con's per say other than I wish I had found Udig sooner! A lot of the other bigger staffing firms make promises they can't keep by making you think you have the job and then all of a sudden it's unavailable. Udig is very professional and career oriented.
