Good salaries, and they permit overtime

Messy hospital, sometimes unorganized and some people working there are difficult to talk to.

Pros

Mostly nice, professional coworkers. Great for students.

Cons

Bad employees do not get fired. Work gets put on others because they sit around doing nothing and threaten to go to management with discrimination charges if they are censured.

Pros

Pay learning hospital the three day work schedule is great if you have a family but just about all hospitals provide that.

Cons

No team work people scared you gonna take there place, unfriendly to new people. Very stressful work environment they wait until last minute to fix everything when CEO comes into town instead of doing the right thing from the start.
