      Pros

      It was a good company with lots of opportunity.

      Cons

      Seems to be falling apart. Management wont give the more quiet people a fair shot. Too political and pushes the "woke" people issues.

      The pay and the benefits are decent for Cedar Rapids Iowa, good coworkers. Thanks to the coworkers I wanted to stay around longer.

      Cons

      Management is confused they don’t want to work with you to improve your abilities but will come at you once your not doing a good job.
