      Pros

      I am a new September 2016 hire to UFG. I was welcomed and on-boarded in a professional & friendly fashion. This employer wants it's employees to succeed providing proper guidance as to expectations and where to go in the event you need assistance.

      Cons

      There is nothing to mention. The team in Pennington, New Jersey is a solid group of people who care about doing their jobs professionally.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Many employees that have left for other jobs have ended up coming back. Forward thinking and progressive. Very employee friendly. Great benefits and flexible work schedules.

      I can't think of anything not to like about the company.
