Pros

The company culture was fun as the employees in my department woudl often get treats and have fun at the company parties. When times were good, the place booming and the staff was very happy. Now that times are tough, it's not such a jovial environment

Cons

The pay is qutie a bit lower than other companies. They seem to be not the most amibitious of people who work there.
