Lack of Company Culture

Pros

Kronos is fine with employees working from home. Somewhat flexible work schedules.

Cons

- Complete lack of company culture, which is disheartening because senior executives want employees to feel that there is some sense of culture, but it's nonexistent. - Constant risk of losing your job due to outsourcing. - Life can be ruled by your manager. A great manager = great working life. Bad manager = unsecure career path and lack of support. - Politics and nepotism run rampant - can work well if it's in your favor, or work negatively if you are up against someone with stronger connections. Connections seem more crucial than actual skills. - No annual holiday party or team-building events.

Pros

Great benefits! 100% employer paid medical is hard to beat. UltiPro Enterprise has its act together. Team is solid. Consultants are extremely knowledgeable and management is stable.

Cons

UltiPro Workplace is a nightmare!. Too much turnover. Senior level consultants come and go. A recent reorganization of the implementation teams resultied in the loss of our more experienced consultants. In addition the management team in Workplace has little experience managing and less product knowledge. Most implementations are an excercise in crisis management followed by the "blame game". Pay scale is low in comparison to other implementation roles.
