      Lots of knowledge available for learning. Not enough hours to learn and maintain your numbers

      Pros

      Kronos has a great work / life balance. This isn't to say that you don't work hard. There have been many times where I have put in 16 hour days. If you thrive on challenges and enjoy a collaborative work environment where everyone constantly looks for ways to exceed customer expectations, then Kronos is the place for you.

      Cons

      Kronos has trended over the past few years toward hiring people from outside the company for their management positions. In the current environment, it is difficult for employees to grow into management positions even if they have a significant amount of management experience in their past. If your focus is on being a contributor to the team rather than holding the reigns and driving the wagon train to the promised land, then you can do no better than Kronos.

      Compensation, workers in the trenches, any time away from the place

      Cons

      Highly political, clueless middle management, dishonest senior management, trying to portray company image as new trendy and exciting without rebuilding the company and products into something truly new, unbelievably lame and disingenuous annual ee surveys, much more
