Amazing workplace culture, flexible work environment, challenging/stimulating work, The culture at "Kronos India" is pretty solid. The culture is not managed by one person or set of person. It is more democratic and participating workplace. Of late we can see industries best people of professional reputes are preferring and staying with "Kronos India". Everything is cool and pretty low stress. I genuinely like going to work here. I can occasionally work from home when needed. Most of the managers in my group have been great and give a lot of autonomy to developers. Interaction outside my domain with HR, Operations, Finance is excellent. New HR programs like parental leave , Education support ,Smart office culture ,Transport support ,Flexi work ,Term insurance ,Industry best leave benefits are certainly plus++ in the industry.

The reason why Kronos is one of the preferred place or SW product company in India to work for?, is because the company believes that treating people well is more important than making how much of $ or INR made. It's all about treating people with respect, supporting their creative endeavors. Simplifying programs and being close to employee need. currently having smart culture , active management and support services add to the overall culture of quick, ‘let’s deliver’ and caring environment. I have seen a transformation of culture ,which is - let’s do fast, listen people, look progressive ,make it simple for people- kind of management & human resources operations. My experience has been rich and highly professional in everything I have interfaced in last 2 years.
