      Dull work, little impact in overall business success. Great benefits and work life balance.

      Pros

      The company ask that we give them a good 40 hours a week. In return, they rarely schedule a workload that is more than what you can accomplish in those 40 hours.

      Cons

      Directors and VPs are a little out of touch in regards to what we do. The say we have "self-managed" teams as their way to avoid having to make decisions. Management needs to help with the process; saying figure out a solution yourself is a cop-out.

      -Bonus increases incrementally with performance -give autonomy by management -management very supportive of field consultants -good community of consultants to bounce ideas off of

      Cons

      -no value on employee development -field often feels segregated from corporate initiatives -no incentive to sell additional services, other than having your name put in a drawing

      Good pay Flexibility in working from home, hours Relaxed dress code for those who are not customer facing

      Poor equipment Centralized and officious IT onerous expense system onerous time keeping system (in house) millions of other unnecessary hurdles to every small task keep frustrations high and morale low focus on penny pinching in ways that cost more jumping on the dependant audit bandwagon :@
