      Good work/life balance. Very Flexible. Friendly co-workers some who are great mentors

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. As a consultant I worked from home, traveled about 50-60% of the time. If I could not travel on a specific day for personal reasons, I was usually able to work it out with my project manager or director. The company is an industry leader in the Workforce Management software industry. The people I worked with were great, from my manager's manager all the way to the individuals I worked with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Lack of a clearly defined career path. Compensation could be better (maybe it was because I had been there so long) but when I left Kronos I received a 25% salary increase for a similar position at another company.

      Great folks to work with. Decent environment.

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work pre buy out by H&F Bottom line driven. No room for "old culture" workers. Frequent layoffs over the past couple of years. You never know if today is the day your out the door. WAY too political.
