Pros

Free food, decent work-life balance and some nice benefits. Insurance is pretty good too with minimal top-up charges.

Cons

Oh well, where to start! It's a mixed bag. I started back in 2020 when two really great companies: Kronos and Ultimate merged together to form this. I've basically seen two great companies being completely stripped off of every values they once stood for, turning into whatever mess it is now. They tried hard to go public but never could. It wasn't always bad beause I started there when it was truly a great place to work for. Literally seen Glassdoor rating being slumped from 4.3 to now, 3.2; which is quite frankly an achievement.
