They have an ethical mission for someone wanting to work for a for profit business but still feel like they are making the world a better place. Good growth opportunities. Great teammates that help you learn the ropes.

Cons

Chronically understaffed. Focus on quantity instead of quality.

Pros

Supportive staff always willing to help. Remote work was great too.

Cons

Pay was low but they did give lunch, coffee and the work environment was so good that it made up for the low pay.
