UL Solutions reviews

I worked UL EHSS, but I've heard many of the same stories from UL Corporate. Extremely mismanaged and poorly run. Senior management is focused on revenue only, and is very disconnected and out of touch with employees. Employee retention is atrocious. Virtually NO training at all, and the company does not foster an environment that promotes sharing knowledge. There is zero business process documentation, and everyone does the same task differently. Be prepared to just get thrown into your position and figure out how to do it yourself. Management would regularly charge unnecessary travel and entertainment expenses to the company, and yet layoffs occurred 3+ times per year.
