      Pros

      Pay was good, yearly bonus, the people other than upper management.

      Cons

      Upper management will work you to death have you train your overseas replacement and let you go after years of service with no notice.

      Just need to find the right department for right team

      Cons

      Lie about the pay, I got lied about bonus which I will not get till 2025. They make you believe certain things but then lie about it afterwards. The manger make more money and get greedy while we suffer low pay and made work, no overtime.

      Pros

      Work culture is fairly comfortable and preferred schedule is flexible based on what you need.

      Cons

      Workload is high due to multiple recent layoffs. Most folks are doing the job of what was previously 2-3 or more different positions. There is no down time and most are working overtime every week to keep up with the regular workload. There is no option for moving up in the department I currently work in but I can’t accurately say what it’s like in the company as a whole. Lateral moves seem to be common in order to gain new experience
