      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Decent benefits. Walking trial and health club on facility. Middle managers still seem to be in touch with actual day to day tasks and work.

      Cons

      Low pay for experience. Behind pay information on internet based on years of service. Company is run fairly lean so no promotion within organization other than standard promotions. Upper management pushes new systems that don't work and then expect staff to pick up the mistakes by working longer hours for same pay.

      Pros

      The Mothership in Northbrook is solid. Good benefits, lots of locations globally. It's a brand-name organization with a strong sense of corporate responsiblity.

      Cons

      Some of the recent acquisitions are all over the place. Hard to see why they bought them, and nobody seems to be minding the store. CEO is a little tone deaf, out of touch with the day to day workers. Salaries are stagnant, not a lot of room for growth if you're mid-level.
