great place, fast environement, help with problems, they also love to assist you to make your job experience better. decent pay

decent pay, older hospital, less change takes place especially in this economy, poorer patients at the hospital over work some times

Pros

Very hard working staff. Not management. Frontline, low level people who do the real work are the heart of UMC.

Cons

Management does not support or listen to staff. Every single department has poor morale because of this treatment. Deployed to covid units but management did not go. No hazard pay. FEMA staff made thousands of $$, working next to staff getting the same pay they always got. Very discouraging being treated this way.

Well compensated job and includes OT as well.

Cons

Bad culture. Whole company will stress on you for production and will force you to do unnecessary reports. Do not expect for any work life balance.
