Good teamwork, good culture, evidence based practice.

Cons

Easy to be forgotten about, seems as if you are not valued by management once hired. Benefits suck.

Good team-centered environment, focused on growth from unit-based councils. They give employees an opportunity to have a voice. Really good staffing ratios-as good as they come, except for staffing shortages during the height of covid

Cons

like every other hospital I know of, they did not stand in opposition to governmental tyranny with the covid vaccine mandate- it would have been extremely costly, but freedom is costly
