Management of the micro lab is horrible, as long as you’re a favorite you’re okay. low pay.

Administrative staff at EMS were promoted by the good-old-boy system and are typically looking out for themselves and not the caregivers. Little to no promotion opportunity available, although that's common in this profession across the country).

NSS management pushes a lot of new things without letting staff know. They're not flexible with work schedules like they claim to be and will give your shift away.
