Good coworkers, meaningful work. Good work-life balance. Depending on your role, there's upwards mobility. Although for some roles you may feel stuck and may find it's not as easy to move around as much as others. The benefits were just ok.
Cons
People doing the actual work were great but I did find leadership a bit arrogant and incompetent. But I guess that's not unique. Pay was a bit lower than expected. The department I was apart of was more concerned with the organization's bottom line more so than for the mission so it was difficult for me to feel passionate about what I was doing. I found it difficult to move around (especially due to low pay) so I left.
