6yOver the last year, we developed our four Communities of Practice (CoPs). We've built out roles for junior, mid, and senior consultants in each COP, with five levels of advancement in each, and what's required to get to the next level. We're also always open to cross-training and moving your career in a new direction. We hope this makes it even easier and clearer.
