Pros

Work-life balance is great. Depending on the teams you work with, feedback tends to be super clear. They have an international staff which keeps the workplace vibrant and exciting. The place is very goal oriented.

Cons

People rarely voice out their political views, despite being the UN. Getting promotions is practically impossible within the UN system. Moving from a consultant position to a staff position is very difficult.
