Pros

Excellent workplace; space to make suggestions and be heard; life and work balance.

Cons

Senior Managers work 24/7 as no time to finish during days. too many meetings exhaust your time to write and analyze. Advancing is not easy.

Pros

Generally steady and secure job with little fear of getting fired. But recent restructuring and job cuts hit the employee morale really badly. Good pension, holidays and benefits.

Cons

Very conservative company. Unexciting job. Everyone is busy to make sure they are not make any waves and getting noticed! There is little or no recognition or incentive to do well in your job. Recent budget cuts and restructuring has ruined employee morale.
