Incredible work, if administration lets you do it.

Pros

UNDP has very interesting work portfolios, and great partners to work with, including smart bureaucrats, passionate NGO leaders and business executives who are from/work in emerging markets. There are great opportunities for travel and to network with people around the world.

Cons

The bureaucracy of the organisation is quote clunky, and how quickly you can navigate through the byzantine rules of the organisation to do your projects highly depends on the admin staff on your team.
