Supervisors are useless at times and 40hrs isn’t guaranteed. Lots of work place drama

Pros

Cool sometimes. Management acts nice but behind closed doors they only care about the profits. That being said not all management is like this you gotta learn who's more reliant than others. There's some really good management and some really bad managment.

Cons

Bit easy to get fired over any reason. Managers are super weird with the little things sometimes. They act nice sometimes then next thing you know you're being pulled aside for something so small it's almost comical.
