      Pros

      The team dynamic is very positive. Everyone works well together, and there's a strong emphasis on collaboration, which makes for an enjoyable and productive work environment. Working in the food industry is exciting and engaging. The company's FLEX PTO allows for a healthy work-life balance. This flexibility is highly appreciated by the team.

      Cons

      while the job itself is fulfilling, there is room for improvement in terms of compensation. A more competitive pay structure would make the role even more attractive, especially given the industry demands.

      Recently, management has made some big changes to the structure. The changes make it clear that they have no idea what we actually do. I no longer have work/life balance because this change has made my workload grow exponentially. The department is struggling and management won’t listen.
