the pay is fine and the benefits are good.the workers are nice people.a lot of people work for united natural.

Cons

slave drivers that don't care about any thing more then the $$$$$$$$$$$ If you don't bow down to the big shots you will be gone.Very big turnover in the warehouse.

New CFO only cares about the stock price, wants to outsource everything possible, corporate position bonuses and merit tied to volitale retail segment of the company, no merit or bonuses in 2023 despite company still being profitable. Company strategy and focus changes with the direction of the wind.

Company is managed by fake lunatics. Annual bonus gone. Accrued pto gone. Merit increase gone. Review 4x a year, for nothing. HR and management are psychopaths.
