- Commitment to the environment - Majority of the employees are helpful and friendly

Cons

- Too reliant on technology without really understanding how to use it - failure to update systems to accommodate the size and volume of the business - Penalize you for any health issues you may have with how much you have to pay for health insurance (they term it reward those who make the choices for healthy living which if that's the case, then the base cost for health insurance is too high) - Too many in management keep secrets and/or don't have a clue about what is happening - Lack of trust of what anyone in management tells you - Lack in the ability of management who often are elevated because of favoritism than for ability
