Pros
The company paid checks on time most of the time. They gave me a pen for getting employee of the month.
Cons
This company is the most non family oriented companies I have ever worked for. Witnessed store managers intimidate employees into working when they are sick then if they get into trouble they say the employee had a choice to come in or not. Schedules are supposed to be posted friday prior to the week you work which allows very little time to plan family events. The companies journeyman wage is lower than almost all the competitors. 3rd party hotline service is faulty. Witnessed an assistant store director corner an employee and yell at them for turning him into the associate hotline.
