Pros

Good benefits, distributes great healthy products. Great potential with the right leadership.

Cons

Leadership can’t figure out the future. Constant strategy changes, high turnover in all departments. Low pay compared to others in the industry. Customers are not being serviced like they should be due to lack of resources and execution. They can’t figure out or understand the system is broken and gets worse every year. That’s why stock price is flat.

Pros

Pay, (They will you into the ground for every dollar you earn). Benefits are good.

Cons

All issues in the warehouse become the drivers/transportation departments issue. The new warehouse management system is Not driver friendly. (You have to dig to the bottom of a 6ft pallet to find items for your 1st stop. Human resources is a JOKE...they Never and the phone or return a voicemail. You have to call 15 time and hope someone finally answers.
