Pros

GREAT, SMART PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. Really enjoy the camaraderie on our team.....however not always hunky dory across company.....

Cons

Good, not GREAT benefits, no 401k match (maybe this year tho), no raises for a while during the darker days. Management needs to make sure all units are working together toward same goals (office teams.....). Often right hand gets blindsided by the left hand.....no one knows what other groups are doing. However....tremendous potential for the future of this business.

Pros

They still offer a better than average vacation time. Customer service is BTB so customers are easy to work with.

Cons

Constant change, instability, extremely demanding standards, management expects workers to work OT to cover their lack of staffing, revolving door upper management always micromanaging and fishing for improved results with no real clue what they are doing or the true impact of their changes.

Pros

Great pay because of the union contract in place giving workers an opportunity for raises. Raises were given every 500 hours so the more you work the more raises given

Cons

This company uses part time labor to fill hours so they don't have to pay benefits.Preference given to full-time union workers because of their seniority.Basically you have to work there 2 to 3 years if you expect a full-time position to open up.
