management got confused and unfocused with the purchase of Albertson's and it all fell apart

Pros

The pay is decent and health insurance is good. I have worked in both Warehouse and Office and both come with their sacrifices. Warehouse wages are low to start with but quickly go up and bonuses for picking above quota. But, be prepared to not have a life. Office wages are decent, the raises are not satisfying. Only way to move up in pay is jumping around positions. But, you can have a life.

Cons

There is a big disassociation between Office Management and Associate. If you show yourself as competent, oh will they overload you with work. Incompetent workers are kept on as long as work gets done. Some bosses are not even in the same state! Doesn't create team Unity.
