Pros

Supervalu is loyal to their employees in that they provide proper training, and have a "wellness" program with lower insurance premium incentives.

Cons

Pros

Facilities are amazing. Ability to work remote and good atmosphere. Good rate of promotions from within.

Cons

At the time layoffs were occurring. Be prepared for learning on the fly, training for what a role does is very limited.

Pros

Stable job. Got free training on multiple systems.

Cons

Bureaucracy. Top down decisions. 8 bosses in 10 years. IT leadership burning money to install unnecessary systems.
