1. Calm company, Retail so IT will not have much work to do 2.with out work, you can read more in company 3. you can play TT for hours 4. You can learn your area of tools or subject from scratch, Learn more

Cons

1. No work expansions or growth in work, you will be doing same thing for years 2. Management is kind of Local, Managers will be doing Micro Management 3. Developing only one person in team that to like local regions. 4. Not even good food 5. Transport is horrible, you have to pay for it and you will get worse service

Fortune 500, name recognition on your resume. They are very PRO diversity especially for the G/L/T community.

Cons

Complicated business model, constant restructuring, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, alot of resources wasted as a result, turf wars, disrespect between business units, Home Office and Regions.
