Pros

Good work environment, flexible space for innovating and suggesting ideas, and good salary.

Cons

It operates similarly to an NGO, given that there are challenges related to a lack of strategic vision, operational effectiveness, among other things. As an international organization, it is a bureaucratic organization.

Pros

You make impact where it is most needed. Friendly environment to work.

Cons

Bureaucracy is something I newer liked and something that often stops impact from happening.
