Pros

Great network, support, opportunities, and impact

Cons

Pretty decent time investment, sometimes too focused on everything being 'correct', but understandable considering they work with children.

Pros

Nothing unless you are from Civic Action, Rogers or any of the companies the executives are from.

Cons

It’s not really part of unicef, it’s separate entity. Toxic environment, say yes or see yourself out of the door. Restructuring and lay offs every four months. The CEO Sevaun has got her own people on top, with HR, Comms, and key positions taken by her friends. Employees are leaving without the job Unrealistic goal setting and lack of knowledge of the sector Zero accountability
