Pros

Coworkers I was fundraising with were all super nice and supportive

Cons

It is of course a 'sales' based job and if you do not meet a minimum you do not keep the job. So about a month probationary time, with high turnover. Understandable that their main goal is raising funds for their causes but it doesn't feel great when you have to be really pushy with people. Also a con is working outside in the winter and standing all day. People may be very rude to you.
