Pros

- you can learn a lot on the field and sector of your work - interns are also given professional tasks with responsibility - people treat you well and you are respected - name-value and career (great to put on your cv)

Cons

- for interns, amount of remuneration is impossible to sustain your life, you'll need savings or stable financial support from your family
