Pros

- Work for an organisation which promotes the improvement for women and children improving the lives of poor, marginalized families - Contribute to the wellbeing and enhancement of women and girls - Be a part of a global organisation which is a well known brand - Good pay, work ethics, organizational culture

Cons

- Work-life balance always a struggle due to overwhelming priorities - Career can reach the ceiling and the only way to get into management positions is by applying for international posts. Policy is such that citizens cannot be in managerial positions in their own home country
