Pros

i have accomplished work with UNICEF and UN headquarters by advocating and counseling for women and children working the families . panel discussions and public speaking , activates , workshops .

Cons

UNICEF AND UN Headquarters are organizations that are very successful , and have gave me the opportunity to work with them and learn from different cultures and internationally .

Pros

Great benefits (Annual/Maternity leave, work schedule...). Very good work climate. Multicultural environment. Health insurance, UN Pension Fund, continuous trainings. Work/Life balance. Slow procedures are changing.

Cons

Some procedures are very bureaucratic, for some positions career development could be difficult, Operational and administrative procedures and rules changing constantly.
