Pros

Can be a wonderful place to work, it depends on supervisors, co-worker and whether a re-organization is going on. During my time there I l saw everything from great to horrible. It's a huge organization and your experience really will depend on what location, under whom you work and the current financial environment. Great package while you're there.

Cons

Can be a stressful and not so great place depending on supervisors and not the least whether a re-organization is ongoing. As in many places, re-organizations and cuts don't always target the right places/positions.

Innovative ideas are backed up by resources and hence IF you believe in changing the world via innovations, funds will not be the limit.

Cons

There can be some red tape.
