Pros

In addition to the learning opportunities, UNICEF work is all about the protection of the rights of children and women and working with governments to improve their lives. If you love humanitarian work then you would be a good resource that UNICEF would appreciate, as this UN entitity continues the good fight of working with disadvantaged/vulnerable groups.

Cons

The turn around time in staff recruitment can cause UNICEF to lose great skill sets that could advance the work of the organisation.

Pros

-the name of course, one of the best non-profit organizations in the world

Cons

-no room for really moving up, although that is what i was seeking -as an intern you don't really do much and they don't give you great fulfilling work to do (mostly photocopying, paper shredding, etc)
