Pros

Nice colleagues, beautiful location on the water, value driven mission where as staff at all levels and all functions have a tangible impact. Solid procedures. Strategic and interesting work depending on role. Good communication from senior management. WFH and remote work flexibilities. Career opportunities if willing to rotate out of Denmark. Significant effort to provide staff support over the last few years - trainings, management support, and other staff development opportunities. Organization has provided significant support to staff during a difficult year in 2025 including outplacement and career coaching.

Cons

Can be long hours depending on role and level, hard to find the work-life balance if in mid-senior level. - Feedback, coaching and mentoring from supervisors not always provided - Uncertainty around whether valued as staff and if contribution recognized.
